SEA TEACHER PROJECT

Departing to manila!

According to our schedule, we had to arrive at manila on August 5. We took the flight from Supadio Airport, Pontianak on August 4. And fortunately I didn’t have to go alone! :D Because I’m going with another Tanjungpura University’s Sea-Teacher Project participant from English education Department. I called her Kak Restu, a beautifull and friendly girl who is older than me by a year. Actually there were another Sea-Teacher participant from Tanjungpura University called Kak Ririn from Education of Chemistry department, but she went to a different University in Thailand. We departed at about 15.15 am and arrived at Soekarno Hatta International Airport, Jakarta at 17.45 pm. We arrived at terminal 1 but our next flight were at terminal 3, so we had to go to terminal 3 by using sky train. But because this were our first time to change terminal at Soekarno Hatta International Airport, we were got a little lost, haha,  . That was also the first time I used a skytrain!
Then we get to the international departure area to check in for our next flight to manila with the connecting flight at Singapore. Then we departed on 22.15 am to Singapore, the biggest airport in South East Asian. We just had a two hours transit, so we just walk around a little. The airport were so quiet because we arrived at dawn. We arrived at 00.45 pm then we continue our journey to manila at 02.30 and finally arrived at Ninoy Aquino International Airport on August 5 at about 06.40 pm.
Firstly we met other Sea Teacher Participant from Central Luzon University (CLSU) named Janella and Anna, they were the one who picked us up at the arrival gate, but guess what? There was also the Dean of CLSU’s College of Education! Mr. Regidor G. Gaboy. It’s so kind of him to picked us up at the airport himself. He also treated us so well during our little trip in Manila. It took us about 5 hours to get to CLSU by car, and we stayed at the University's RSTC hostels, from today, until the next one month later. ðŸ˜€

(PS: In this entire journey, my luggage’s wheel was broken so we had to drag that heavy luggage everywhere. It’s really fortunate that we only had to do it In the biggest airport of Indonesia in Jakarta, not at the biggest airport of Asian in Singapore, haha. So make sure to check your items guys :D)
